been hitting the gym 2+ times a week and i cut out junk food for 2 weeks.
now imma try to shed a few pounds and lose the belly fat with this Cabbage Soup Diet.
we'll see in 7 days.
but right now it is Day 1: Fruit and the Soup. so i get to enjoy all the fruit i want and have my soup. :) here we go ...
