i guess it worked because i lost 5 pounds and i also have a new found respect for the natural taste of foods. i was eating a lot of foods raw or just lightly seasoned and you get the natural delicious flavors of the food; let it be beef, veggies, or fruit. and i now see how much sauce i used to use for my food and it has opened my eyes to cut down on the extras that aren't necessary all the time.
i also am happy to say that ive been hitting the gym regularly again! it makes me happy and feel accomplished. and the fact that im seeing results is also a definite plus.
imma keep up with eating healthier and going to the gym! going to start eating smaller portions 4 times a day to keep my metabolism good as well.
