it's time to ...

it's time to ...

... just do me for a while
... start getting my ducks in a row

the end to the new beginning

I GRADUATED!!! congrats to my fellow graduates of the class of 2010! :)

Went to my Marketing Department Graduation on Friday with my parents and my besties: Anna and Kathy. The Marriott in Burlingame was really nice and then speeches were good. They didn't put me to sleep for once, and were pretty funny. But, not only did i graduate, i got married to my Marketing degree too, all thanks to Professor Bruce Robertson. LOL! After all the speeches it was time for all of us to have our minute of fame and walk across that glorious stage. :D It felt so surreal getting called and then going across. Kathy and Anna yelled out "ALRIGHTTT Sharon!" and i heard my mom say "That's my baby!!!" hahhaa oh how i love them! Then i see my dad being paparazzi and taking pictures of me walkin back with my COB Marketing Degree.
Then it was wrap up speeches time, and the Marketing Association President gave a good speech about all our hard work and experiences and the future. I love how she quoted Dr. Suess, and it was quite fitting i must say. And then it was dunzos, time to go, and they played "Good Life" by Kanye. I think the only thing i wish happened was my favorite Professor spoke, Ian Sinapuelas. but i took a picture with him afterwards, so it's all good. And it's pretty funny how the gift was a shot glass. guess it's like "okay, you graduated, now go take a shot!"
After the ceremony, we took pictures and then my mom says, "Okay, you want to go downstairs and get a drink?" hahhahha i guess thats where i get it from! so my dad got us 3 midori sours and then we went to dinner at Elephant Bar. yum yumss. (and while there i made a fool of myself ish in front of the waiter by doing like fist pumpin when i was talkin about the CAD graduation. but it's cool he was nice, we just joked about it and then when we were leaving we joked about how i walked across the stage. hahah cool dude!)

Then on Saturday was big 109th SFSU Graduation at Cox Stadium. The ceremony was LONGGGG and tedious but it was cool. And at least it was sunny out, cause we were all worried it was gonna rain. and i got to sit with my APO Business boys: Shervey, Andrew, and Kingsley. too bad Kristina, Karen, Maxine couldn't sit with us tho. haha but me and B Boo were texting the whole time to stay awake. :P
After everything was said and done, we finally got to walk up and get our diploma cover. i have to say my department graduation was definitely more personal and felt more like a graduation. But it's okay. then we all met at Burk Hall / Fine Arts to take pictures together.

And then we celebrated graduation on a boat down near AT&T Park at night for David and Weiland's Grad Party. It was definitely a fun night to remember and a great way to celebrate all the hard work of our college careers. Work hard, and play harder baby!

All in all, I must say great graduation weekend. And thank you to everyone that has been a part of my life and has been there for me throughout this journey. All the new friends and old friends, you all have touched my heart in some way. I definitely feel the love, and am blessed to have such wonderful people in my life!

so touching!!!

The little girl, Paige Bennethum, didn't want to let her daddy go when he was getting ready to deploy to Iraq a year ago. :( This just shows what people and families go through with this war, and what they sacrifice. I'm just glad her dad, Brett Bennethum, is made it back safely and is back with his family for good now.

when girls dont put out ...

this is pretty funny ... oh how guys and girls think differently. but dont hate the player, hate the game i guess. lol

When girls don't put out!! This was written by a guy...it is GREAT! I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart.

FOR EXAMPLE: One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, 'I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me.' I said, 'WHAT??!! What was that?!' So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear... 'You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man.' She responded to my puzzled look by saying, 'Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?' Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep..

The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take, so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, 'Lets get a pair for each outfit.' We went on to the jewellery department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you... She was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said, 'That's fine, honey.'

She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, 'I think this is all Dear, let's go to the cashier.' I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, 'No honey, I don't feel like it.' Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, 'WHAT?' I then said, 'Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman.' And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, 'Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?'

Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either... but at least the bitch knows I'm smarter than her.
